You may purchase the book directly from the author through this web site. We have strived to make it as easy as possible.
To get started, all you have to do is fill out the on-line form below and simply send it to us any time that is convenient for you.
If we need to contact you for any reason or to arrange for paymemt, we will get back to you as soon as possible either by email or by telephone -- on our dime.

- Payment Instructions

- PayPal - We will send you a Paypal invoice directly to your email account confirming your order with the total cost. It's just that simple. Click on the included links and you're done.

- Personal Check, Money Order, or Bank Draft - We will either send you an email with an invoice or snail mail an invoice to the address indicated on your Order Form confirming your purchase and the total cost together with remittance instructions for your payment.
- Credit Cards - We can take your credit card information over the telephone and confirm your order and the total cost at the same time. We honor most major credit cards. Please indicate in the Message Area of the Order Form the most convenient times to call you directly.
PLEASE NOTE:
For your safety and security, do NOT include any credit card information in the Order Form below or in any email that you send us since these are NOT secure nor encrypted connections.
Just indicate on the Order Form below that you wish to pay by credit card (Payment Method), let us know when we can call, and we will call you directly in this regard. Thanks!

- Please be sure to double check your information before sending it -- especially your contact info. The Order Form can catch some simple entry errors but it can not correct any wrong information.
- Clicking on the "Send Form" button below will submit your data directly to us via email.
- If your submission was successful, the server will send back a confirmation screen listing the contents of the form you just sent. Use your browser's "Back" button or function to return you to this on-line Order Form.
